Edina Public Schools is pleased to host leaders from Consortium 2035, an association of high-performing school districts from around the country. Member districts collaborate to develop district leadership that advances public education by focusing on the student experience.
Twenty Edina High School seniors have been recognized as Commended Students in the 2023 National Merit Scholarship Program. These students placed among the top 50,000 scorers of more than 1.5 million students who entered the competition by taking the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test as juniors. Although these students will not continue in the competition for National Merit Scholarships, they are being recognized for their outstanding academic promise.
Twelve EHS seniors have been named National Merit Semifinalists in the 2023 National Merit Scholarship Program. The program identifies and honors academically talented high school students and assists them in pursuing higher education.
